FK9 panel for FS9

Flying the FK9 Panel in FS2004

Intro
It all started with this version in FS2004. I basically made it to get used to the paraplegic control system (hand controls) in my FK9, using 2 Joysticks. But after Peter Funk published the screenshot of it on his website, I started getting a lot of mails of interested people.

A few months later about 160 FK9 enthusiasts had downloaded this version (Although being a very basic panel only version, with a 3D model of the Savannah ULM)

Until now I did not find time to make a 3D model of the FK9 myself, nor did I find one online. However the flight characteristics are pretty close the the real life FK9 thing.

Registration (Still for FREE)
The FK9 needs a registration code to perform full install. As in the FSX version the setup will ask for it while running it.

To get a free registration code, send an E-mail to

 fs9@paraflight.be

and put in subject EXACTLY the sentence underneath

REGISTER FK9 FOR FS9

Note: NO spaces before and behind this sentence and everything in CAPITAL letters. If you do not put this exact text in subject of your mail, then it will be filtered out and it will not reach me. If you do it right you will receive your registration code in minutes.

I'm also very interested in who is flying my FK9. So, I appreciate it when in the mail body you put your name & surname, age, city or country you live in, and if you're a real life pilot as well.

Happy Landings,
Kris

Installation instructions
These can also be found in the registration mail.

IF the FK9 first time loads with the virtual (Savannah) cockpit, then set it back to the 2D Cockpit under "Settings --> Viewing Modes" first. Neglect any comments about incompatibility, it will work ;-)

Note that at first start-up, in the 2D cockpit the nose can point upwards unrealistically high. (This comes because the FK9 panel is a lower panel then most standard FS9 panels. To solve this you have to use the [SHIFT]+[BACKSPACE] and the [SHIFT]+[ENTER] button combinations to move the eye point up and down. By doing so you will see the horizon rise or descend. Do so until you get a realistic view of the panel and save the situation (choosing the airport of your choice) for later use.

You also might need to push [CTRL]+[E] to start the engine the fist time. (The start-up panel in this Add-on is not functional. If it doesn't start, you might need to fill up the fuel (Aircraft -->Fuel & Loads)
